• Get a completely different green to purple color shifting look look when used over black. 
• Highly pigmented. Best applied in 3-4 coats for a foil-like finish. The Headless Horseman contains large glitter which may sink. For best results, keep the bottle upside down for a few minutes before using.

Description: The Headless Horseman can be best described as instant nail art in a bottle. It looks amazing on its own but it can also be worn over black to get a completely different look.
